Returns & Refunds
At NAS BARCELONA, we take great care in crafting and packaging every fragrance. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
